Among those, the most popular is the natural wood product line of DOME in Indochine style with a little bit of the East-Asian touch. Besides, there is the line of industrial wood products with modern and liberal style. And last but not least, the luxury and mighty semi-classic furniture is also the choices of many customers. 2. Does DOME have furniture available for sale or do I need to order? At our showroom we exhibit furniture representing the three main interior styles of the company (Indochine, Modern and Semi-Classic). Some products are produced in small quantities and available for sale. Each item is designed with the goal of creating not only maximum comfort and durability for users but also still luxury and elegant. Every year we introduce new, unique and different collections. In addition, you can order special design and construction for your own. 3. I see that DOME has done many high-end projects such as the residences of many foreign ambassadors in Vietnam, the Hilton Hotel, and apartments for foreigners to rent… So the price of DOME must be very expensive and only wealthy people can buy DOME’s items? Actually, not just wealthy people can afford our products. Although everything is beautiful and durable, they were manufactured by our workshop and sold directly to consumers, without going through intermediate stages. So prices are quite affordable. We have different product lines with diversified designs, sizes and materials so prices are in different range. Depending on the preferences and budget of the customer, our design team will be able to advise you choosing the right product line. 4. Why should we choose DOME as a supplier? DOME has been a famous brand for years not only because of our experience and prestige in the interior design industry but because we also offer qualified design consulting services, good products, after-sales service, and long-term guarantee. In addition, with DOME, you will save a lot of time because we provide full package services from consulting, design to complete construction and installation of furniture including furniture, sofa, curtain and some other furniture. I want to know more about DOME’s after-sales service? All DOME furniture is guaranteed for 3-year period and maintained for the following 5 years. DOME sofas are guaranteed for 1 year on fabric, 2 years on foam and 5 years on framework. DOME curtains are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase. Depending on the time you sign the contract and the size of the project, the design time can range from 2 to 4 weeks. 7. I want to order individually/ custom-made/ designed. How long will it take for you to deliver my order? Normally it takes around 3 to 5 weeks to order custom-made wood furniture. With curtains and sofas, it depends on your choice of fabric. If the fabric is available in stock, we can deliver within 2 to 4 weeks. If the fabric must be imported, you will need to add 2 to 3 weeks. 8. We are going to get a new house, which is now under construction. We are very excited to make it beautiful and appropriate. According to “DOME furniture expert”, what should I pay attention to when I go to buy furniture for my house? First of all, you should go to a trustworthy interior design company, where the expert will thoroughly understand the needs, interests and budget of you and your family. It is essential that all furniture in a space is arranged harmoniously, artistically, and is functional. At the same time, it should be affordable and suitable to your budget. Before you buy or order new furniture anywhere, you should visit that company’s showroom to make sure that their products are well-finished and in good quality. Remember to ask them about guarantee and maintenance condition. That will make you feel assured when you order. DOME began in 1993 with a pioneering group which included civil engineers and interior designers from Australia and Vietnam. DOME has been known for many years in Vietnam as a prestigious interior and manufacturing company providing service to embassies and foreign companies, and is a familiar name to Vietnamese expert investors.

At first, DOME focused on the domestic market and started with some small projects such as: design and interior decoration for home of Telstra’s General Manager – an Australian telecommunication company, adorn Motorola’s office in Hanoi. We gradually built up client's trust and were referred to their friends and relatives…

1. Dome chuyên thiết kế và thi công theo phong cách nội thất nào? Đội ngũ thiết kế trẻ tuổi và năng động của Dome có thể đáp ứng nhu cầu của quý khách với nhiều phong cách thiết kế nội thất đa dạng khác nhau. Tuy nhiên được ưa chuộng nhất phải kể đến dòng sản phẩm gỗ tự nhiên truyền thống của Dome, mang phong cách cổ điển và có pha một chút nét Á đông ấm áp và gần gũi. Tiếp theo là dòng sản phẩm gỗ công nghiệp mang phong cách hiện đại và phóng khoáng. Ngoài ra, đồ nội thất phong cách bán cổ điển sang trọng và bề thế cũng được nhiều khách hàng lựa chọn. 2. Dome có đồ nội thất bán sẵn hay tôi cần đặt hàng? Tại cửa hàng trưng bày sản phẩm của chúng tôi có trưng bày và bán sẵn một số sản phẩm nội thất tiêu biểu cho ba phong cách nội thất chủ yếu của công ty. Một số sản phẩm được sản xuất với số lượng nhỏ, có bán sẵn. Mỗi món đồ đều được thiết kế với phương châm tạo tối đa sự tiện nghi và bền chắc cho người sử dụng, đồng thời vẫn sang trọng và lịch lãm. Mỗi năm chúng tôi đều giới thiệu các bộ sưu tập mới, độc đáo và khác biệt. Ngoài ra quý khách có thể đặt thiết kế và thi công đặc biệt riêng cho công trình của mình. 3. Tôi được biết Dome đã từng thi công tất nhiều công trình cao cấp như nhà ở của nhiều Đại sứ nước ngoài tại Việt nam, khách sạn Hilton, rồi nhiều khu căn hộ cao cấp cho người nước ngoài thuê,… Vậy thì chắc giá thành của Dome phải rất cao và chỉ những người rất giàu mới mua được đồ của Dome? Không hẳn như vậy. Thực tế là ở Dome, do công ty trực tiếp sản xuất và bán thẳng đến tay người tiêu dùng, mà không phải qua một khâu trung gian nào nên giá thành sản phẩm của Dome khá hợp lý so với chất lượng và dịch vụ khách hàng nhận được. Chúng tôi có các dòng sản phẩm khác nhau với các thiết kế , kích thước và vật liệu khác nhau nên giá thành cũng khác nhau. Tùy vào sở thích và ngân sách của khách hàng mà đội ngũ thiết kế sẽ có thể tư vấn cho quý khách lựa chọn dòng sản phẩm cho phù hợp. 4. Tất cả các sản phẩm nội thất gỗ công nghiệp của DOME được bảo hành 1 năm, bảo trì 3 năm. Tất cả các sản phẩm sofa của DOME được bảo hành 1 năm phần vải, 2 năm phần mút, 5 năm phần khung. Các sản phẩm mành rèm được bảo hành 1 năm. DOME có một quy trình chặt chẽ để bảo đảm rằng 100% khách hàng hài lòng khi sử dụng sản phẩm và dịch vụ của công ty. Thời gian thiết kế nội thất một căn hộ hoặc nhà riêng hay biệt thự thường mất bao lâu? Tùy theo thời điểm quý khách ký hợp đồng và quy mô công trình, thời gian thiết kế một công trình có thể dao động từ 2 tuần – 4 tuần 7. Thời gian đặt hàng sản xuất theo thiết kế riêng thường mất bao lâu? Tùy theo thiết kế và vật liệu, và tùy thời điểm đặt hàng mà thời gian sản xuất đồ gỗ dao động từ 3 đến 5 tuần. Với mành rèm và sofa thì tùy theo loại vải quý khách lựa chọn. Nếu vải có sẵn trong kho thì thời gian giao hàng có thể từ 2 đến 4 tuần. Nếu vải phải nhập ngoại, thì sẽ cần thêm 2 đến 3 tuần nữa. 8. Sắp tới vợ chồng tôi sẽ nhận được được một căn hộ mới. Chúng tôi rất háo hức muốn trang trí nội thất nhà mới của mình thật đẹp và hợp lý. Theo “ chuyên gia về nội thất của Dome” thì tôi cần lưu ý gì khi mua sắm/ đặt đóng đồ nội thất cho nhà mình? Trước hết quý khách nên tìm hiểu và lựa chọn một đơn vị thiết kế nội thất có uy tín và kinh nghiệm, nơi chuyên gia thiết kế sẽ tìm hiểu kỹ nhu cầu sử dụng , sở thích và ngân sách của quý khách và gia đình, rồi từ đó thiết kế đặc biệt cho riêng quý khách một không gian sống có công năng sử dụng hợp lý, tiện nghi , với các sản phẩm nội thất đẹp và hài hòa với nhau , đồng thời phù hợp với khả năng chi trả của quý khách. Và trước khi quý khách mua , hoặc đặt đóng đồ nội thất cho nhà mình, quý khách nên xem xét trước các sản phẩm của cửa hàng hoặc công ty đó, để chắc chắn các sản phẩm của họ hoàn thiện tốt, chất lượng tốt. Và nhớ hỏi rõ về điều kiện bảo hành bảo trì họ cam kết. Như vây quý khách sẽ yên tâm hoàn toàn trước khi đặt hàng.
