Return Policy

Towards customer satisfaction, at DOME, you can exchange or return your purchases.

Cases in which exchange and return is applicable:

– Goods are defective or not in good quality.

– Goods are unable to put into the house (due to narrow stairs, narrow doors…)

Cases in which exchange and return is not applicable:

– Used, dirty, old or damaged goods

– Invoice cannot be shown

– Goods on sale and promotion

Time and method of exchange and return:

– Time to exchange and return goods: Within 3 days from the delivery date

– Surcharge incurred during exchange and return process will be paid by customer
